Are you tired of a musty and inefficient crawlspace?

Consider getting it encapsulated!

How does it work?

A crawlspace encapsulation will give you a healthier crawlspace and therefore a healthier home. We keep moisture out of your crawlspace by laying a vapor barrier on the ground and sealing it to the pillars and and foundation walls with closed cell foam. The closed cell foam goes on the foundation walls from the ground up to the subfloor. This makes the crawlspace become a semi conditioned area because it is sealed from outside air and the conditioned air from your house will permeate into your crawlspace. Not only will your home be healthier but it will also be more efficient

When we encapsulate a crawl space or foam an existing attic we highly recommend removing the old fiberglass insulation. The old fiberglass can contain mold, dust, and animal droppings.

Also with foam we are moving the thermal envelope to the roof in the case of an attic and to the foundation walls in an encapsulation and removing the fiberglass will help fresh air in the house permeate to the Attic and crawlspace resulting in healthier air. Another good time to remove the insulation in your attic is before a remodel so that when the ceiling is taken down a huge mess can be avoided.

We can use spray foam in your existing house, your new build, Metal building, and more. One of our sales professionals can talk you through the benefits of foam in each application and whether open or closed-cell foam will be best for your needs.

Spray Foam Insulation

We offer waterproof & efficient closed cell spray foam and the more cost-effective open-cell spray foam.

Encapsulate your crawlspace to improve your moisture protection while decreasing your energy output for a more efficient and cost-effective pest control solution.

Old insulation (specifically blown cellulose and batts) can hold dust and moisture, unlike spray foam. Let us remove all your old insulation!
